Since we eat so much of it around here, I’m always on the lookout for delicious, yet simple chicken recipes. And it’s a major plus when even my 3-year old picky eater approves! This recipe checked off my usual meal prep requirements- healthy, simple, quick, and less than 10 ingredients.
