Outdoor Circuit

If you live in an area where all 4 seasons actually exist, you know that at this point in the summer, your opportunities for outdoor workouts are quickly dwindling.   So get out there and enjoy what warm days are left before the leaves start falling again.

Workout Breakdown:

Find a decent hill you can manage.  Before beginning the circuit, walk the hill and check for any dips, holes, or debris.  Remove any obstacles to avoid possibly injury.

Perform each exercise back-to-back with no rest, if possible.  After each uphill sprint, return to the bottom of the hill and immediately go into the next exercise on the list.  Repeat the entire circuit without rest, or if necessary, take no longer than a 60-90 sec. rest period.

Hit it hard, then enjoy your day!
